Everything that happens after a contractor is placed, handled through one proprietary platform and one set of processes.
Do you work alongside our existing agencies?
Yes. Giant operates as a neutral vendor managed service, sitting behind your supply chain so your agencies keep placing and maintain their client relationships. We handle the operational layer underneath. PageGroup, Morgan McKinley and Cielo all use Giant's platform while continuing to run their own client-facing services.
What engagement types do you support?
We support umbrella, limited company, CIS and PEO models for UK contractors, and employer of record and agent of record arrangements for international populations.
Can you handle contractors placed across multiple agencies?
Yes — that's precisely the problem we're built to solve. Giant applies the same onboarding, compliance and payroll process to every contractor regardless of which agency placed them, and consolidates everything into one invoice and one reporting view.
How quickly can you go live?
From initial discovery call to contractors going live is typically a matter of weeks. Pearson Education had 2,500 workers on payroll by week three. The exact timeline depends on the size and complexity of your contractor population and the number of suppliers involved.
Do you cover international contractor populations?
Yes. We provide global payroll and employer of record services for organisations with contractors in international markets. Imperial Brands went live across the Netherlands, Poland, Spain and the UK simultaneously.
Is there a minimum contractor population size?
No fixed minimum. Larger providers may have quoted a minimum that ruled you out. In most cases your population isn't too small for us — bring us the details and we'll tell you honestly.
We're an agency — can Giant run our back office under our brand?
